VisiQuality is powered by Shopify, which allows us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy . VisiQuality reserves the right to accept or reject your order. An agreement is only concluded once you receive confirmation from us.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason . You can do so by using our returns form or contacting us directly by email.

Exceptions to this right are permitted by law (for example: sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if the seal is broken, or custom-made products).

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices in our online store include VAT and exclude shipping costs , unless otherwise stated. Any import duties or taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer .
The price that applies is the price at the time of ordering , confirmed in the order confirmation.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are approximate and may vary.
The risk of loss or damage will not pass to you until the order is physically received by you or a person designated by you, unless you have chosen a carrier not offered by us.

SECTION 6 - WARRANTY

As a consumer, you are entitled to the statutory warranty . This means that a product must meet your reasonable expectations. The minimum warranty period within the EU is two years.
Any additional commercial warranties do not affect your statutory rights.

However, VisiQuality is never liable for the loss of data, files, or software resulting from a defective or malfunctioning hard drive or other storage device. It is the customer's responsibility to make regular backups of all important data.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Services, including trademarks, text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of VisiQuality or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use these without prior written permission.

SECTION 9 – WITHDRAWAL FORM

You can use the standard EU withdrawal form , available in our Returns Policy.

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law . However, this does not affect the protection that consumers enjoy under the mandatory law of their own country of residence.
