We offer free standard shipping (1-2 business days) on orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Worldwide shipping (3-5 business days) is available for an additional fee.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's website.

What's the difference between the 500GB and 1TB models?

The main difference is the storage capacity. 500GB can store approximately 100,000 photos or 125 hours of HD video. 1TB offers double that.

Are VisiQuality discs compatible with Mac and PC?

Yes! Our drives work with Windows and Mac.

How fast are the transfer speeds?

With USB 3.0 technology you can achieve transfer speeds of up to 100 mb/s!

What colors are the discs available in?

We offer Classic Black, Bold Red, and Modern Blue for both the 500GB and 1TB models.

Do I need any special software to use the drive?

No! VisiQuality drives are plug-and-play. Simply connect the drive to your device and start using it right away.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

My computer isn't recognizing my drive. What should I do?

First, try a different USB port or cable. If that doesn't work, check if the drive is visible in Disk Management (Windows) or Disk Utility (Mac). Contact support if you need further assistance.

Can I use my drive with game consoles?

No. Unfortunately, this doesn't work with VisiQuality Hard Drives.

How do I safely disconnect my drive?

Always use the "Safely Remove Hardware" (Windows) or "Eject" (Mac) option before disconnecting the drive to prevent data loss.

What should I do if my files become corrupted?

Stop using the drive immediately and contact our technical support. We'll guide you through the recovery options.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your drive in its original condition for a full refund.

How long is the warranty valid?

All VisiQuality discs come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against material and manufacturing defects.

How do I start a return?

Contact our support team at info@visiquality.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions. Damage from drops, water, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

DATA & SECURITY

How safe is my data on the drive?

VisiQuality drives offer hardware-level security. For additional protection, we recommend using your operating system's built-in encryption features.

Can I protect my drive with a password?

The drive does not have built-in password protection, but you can use third-party software or your operating system's encryption tools.

What happens if I accidentally delete files?

Deleted files can often be recovered with data recovery software. Act quickly and avoid writing new data to the disk for the best chance of recovery.

Should I back up my backup drive?

Yes! We recommend following the 3-2-1 backup rule: three copies of important data, on two different types of media, one of which is external or offsite.
