Return period
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your article must:

In the same condition as received: unworn/unused.

With labels and in original packaging .

Must be accompanied by a proof of purchase or invoice .

Attention (electronics): Delete personal data and reset devices to factory settings before returning them.

After acceptance you will receive a return label and instructions .

Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage & problems
Please check your order upon receipt. Is the item defective, damaged, or did you receive the wrong item? Contact us immediately at info@visiquality.com so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants).

Personalized products (customization, personalization).

Care and hygiene products (e.g. beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Discounted items and gift cards .

Exchanges
Want to exchange it? Return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product (this is the fastest way).

Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective , damaged , or incorrectly delivered , return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.

EU: 14-day right of withdrawal
For deliveries to the European Union, in addition to the above, you have the legal right to cancel/return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason . The item must meet the conditions above (unused, with tags, original packaging) and include a proof of purchase or invoice.

Refunds

You will receive an update once your return has been received and inspected and the refund has been approved .

Once approved, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days .

Please note that your bank/credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
