Returns Policy

Return period

You have 30 days after receipt to request a return.

Return conditions (hard drives)

Your article must:

In the same condition as received, with no scratches, dents or screw/mounting marks.

In the original (anti-static) packaging , including accessories and any documentation.

Data & security (required):

Always make a backup and erase all data before returning (e.g. with Secure Erase/Format).

Remove any encryption/BIOS/password locks .

We are not liable for data loss or any data remaining on returned drives.

Requesting a return (step-by-step plan)

Email us at info@visiquality.com to initiate your return (include your order number and reason).

After acceptance you will receive a return label and instructions .

Unauthorized returns (without prior request) will not be accepted.

Damage & problems

Check your order upon receipt. Is the disc defective, damaged , or did you receive the wrong item ? Contact us immediately at info@visiquality.com. Do not use the disc if you hear clicking sounds or receive error messages.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? Return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product (this is the fastest way).

Return shipping costs

In case of a defect, damage or incorrectly delivered item, we will cover the return costs.

In all other cases, return shipping costs are for the customer .

Exclusions & Depreciation

Items with physical damage , missing parts/packaging, or undeleted data may be refused or reduced in value .

Gift cards and discounted/outlet items comply with legal regulations, but may also lead to a reduction in value if they show signs of wear.

EU: 14-day right of withdrawal

For deliveries within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel/return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The item must meet the conditions stated above. If used beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, the value may be reduced.

Refunds

You will receive an update once your return has been received and inspected and the refund has been approved .

Once approved, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days .

Your bank/credit card company may require additional processing time.
